At FutureBaby, we strive to provide the best AI-powered baby face generation service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our AI-generated baby photos, all sales are generally final. Once the AI generation process is complete and images are delivered, we cannot "take back" the digital product.

Refund Eligibility

We may issue refunds in the following circumstances:

• Technical Failure: If our system fails to generate images due to a technical error on our end and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
• Payment Error: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same transaction.
• Service Not Delivered: If you paid for a service but did not receive any generated images within 72 hours and we cannot fulfill your order.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• Dissatisfaction with the generated results (as AI predictions are for entertainment purposes only)
• Change of mind after the images have been successfully generated and delivered
• User error in uploading photos (e.g., uploading incorrect or low-quality images)
• Failure to read or understand the service description before purchase

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact our support team:

• Your order/transaction ID
• Date of purchase
• Detailed description of the issue
• Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)

Response Time

We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or credits toward future services as an alternative to a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
